We recommend using the red, yellow, black and purple bands for strength exercises and even the Green if you are llooking for that added resistance to a band resisted squat.
We recommend the Green blue and orange for stretching exercises and for use for holding at the hips.
These bands are very versatile and can be used when a gym is unavailable.
